Manna Wellness Concierge is built differently: a small, deliberately capped panel, direct access to your physician, and a functional medicine lens applied to your everyday care — not just your acute problems.
This isn't direct primary care at a $100/month price point with hundreds of patients per provider. It's a smaller commitment from me, in exchange for a smaller panel and faster access for you.

It's probably not the right fit if you see a doctor once or twice a year for something specific. If that's you, our à la carte consultations or Functional Medicine packages may be a better starting point — and you're always welcome to move into membership later if your needs change.

What's not included — and why that's good for you:
Advanced lab testing is billed separately, at cost. We don't mark labs up — and in functional medicine, that markup is often substantial. By passing labs through at wholesale pricing (typically 80–90% below standard retail), you get the testing you actually need without an inflated membership fee covering costs you may not use that year.

Acute visits cover things like an infection, an injury that isn't life-threatening, a flare of an existing condition, or wanting a same-week second opinion. Manna Wellness is not an emergency service. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room — membership access is for ongoing and urgent (not emergency) care.

Yes. Membership and the Functional Medicine program aren't mutually exclusive — some members start a root-cause investigation later if something specific comes up, even after they're already part of the panel.

Membership automatically renews into another 12-month term. At the start of each renewal year, you have a 3-month window to cancel if your needs have changed — during that window, billing simply stops the day you cancel, with no extra charge and no refund either way. If you don't cancel during that window, you're committed through the remainder of that year, and the same window opens again at the next renewal.
